Return Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days after receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit or a different product.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

1. Mail to our online return portal (return@woodnfairy.com) using your email address and order ID in the header.
2. Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order
3. We do not provide a return label or pay for returns shipping.
4. Finally we receved your return you will get your store credit or a different product
5. Different product or store credit will be issued within 30 days from the date we receive your return

Additional Information:

• Items returned to us you have to be sent back to your own expense.
• Items must be in their brand-new, unused condition and original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
• Lost or damaged returns will not be refunded.
